Who we are

More than training. A commitment to development.

OL614 is a Columbus-based football development program built specifically for offensive and defensive linemen. Every session is coached with intent — teaching the details, correcting the reps, and holding athletes to a standard.

Linemen win with fundamentals. We build them through technique, strength, discipline and consistent work, so progress carries from the training field to game day and beyond.

The OL614 framework

Develop the complete lineman.

Development is a process, not a single workout. Four pillars shape every athlete who trains with OL614.

01

Technique

Develop position-specific skills and master the fundamentals.

02

Strength

Build the physical foundation required for competitive performance.

03

Football IQ

Understand leverage, positioning, responsibilities and decision-making.

04

Accountability

Develop discipline, consistency and a commitment to improvement.

Training environment

The work happens here.

Real reps. Real coaching. Every drill has a purpose — stance, hands, footwork, leverage and finish.

Coaching staff

The people behind the development.

OL614 athletes learn from coaches who know the position, teach the details and care about long-term growth — on and off the field.
