Get started
Every athlete starts somewhere.
Getting started with OL614 begins with understanding your athlete. Through an initial consultation, an athlete evaluation, and personalized training placement, we identify the right path for continued development.
The process

FAQ
Questions parents ask.
Don’t see your question? Bring it to the initial consultation — that’s what it’s for.
Who can train with OL614?
OL614 works with offensive and defensive linemen who are ready to commit to the work and improve. We currently train athletes from middle school (grades 6–8) through high school (grades 9–12).
What positions does OL614 focus on?
OL614 focuses on offensive and defensive line development — the positions that win in the trenches.
What happens during the initial consultation?
It’s a conversation with the athlete’s parent or family about the athlete’s age and grade, football experience, current position, previous training, goals, areas to improve and your expectations — plus any questions you have about OL614.
Why is an athlete evaluation necessary?
Every athlete has a different starting point. The evaluation shows current skill level, position-specific fundamentals, strengths and areas for improvement, so training is matched to what the athlete actually needs.
How are athletes placed into classes?
After the evaluation, OL614 recommends a training level and suitable classes based on the athlete’s development priorities, and explains the training expectations and next steps.
What should athletes bring to training?
Athletic clothing, cleats or turf shoes for field sessions, sneakers for indoor sessions, a water bottle and a coachable attitude. Gloves are optional.
